This is a super-fast way to create a delicious breakfast. With minimal preparation and cooking, the combination of ingredients and spice make for a treat that will give you a healthy start to your day.

1 teaspoon tandoori spice or curry powder

1/4 cup honey

2 cups of Whole-Milk Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup all-natural granola

1 cup of berries

1 cup freeze-dried mango, pineapple and/or berries


In a small skillet, toast spice on low, stirring, until very fragrant (about 2 mins).

Remove from heat, add honey and stir.

Drizzle with spiced honey; top with granola and fruit.

Strictly speaking, all dairy (including yogurt) is off-limits for a Paleo diet. However, many Paleo followers allow for good quality yogurt due to the protein, probiotics and calcium it provides.
