This simple to make paleo meal that is also super satisfying. Served on top of field greens or as a dip for your veggies. This is a must-try recipe!

Ingredients

1 can tuna - drained

1/4 Cup chopped tomatoes

2 teaspoons capers

1 avocado, mashed

1/2 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons sliced scallion

salt and black pepper as desired

Directions

Stir mashed avocado with lime juice in a bowl until smooth.

Fold tuna, tomatoes, capers, and scallion through the avocado

Season with salt and pepper.
