We had to share this scrumptious dessert. Perfect for a hot summer treat with friends! No cooking required for this mouth watering smooth Paleo style Mexican Chocolate Mousse. It should, however, be refrigerated for about an hour before serving to get the desired consistency and texture.

2 Ripe avocados

2 tsp Vanilla extract

2 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Ground ancho chile

1 cup Coconut milk

½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup Honey

Ibarra chocolate shaving (Mexican Chocolate)


Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.

Add more honey as desired

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Enjoy this treat on a hot summers day. Its Paleo goodness at its best. Adding cinnamon or add shredded Ibarra Chocolate adds a Mexican twist to this creamy yet nutritious dessert.
