Ingredients

Chicken Wings

Desired Spices

Tomatoes

Spinach

or veggies of choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F

Place the chicken wings on a baking tray

Put the spice on the wings, both sides, then place the tray in the oven

Bake for about 35-40 mins

Place in the broiler for a couple of minutes at the end to crisp up the skin.

Serve with tomatoes and spinach or other veggies as desired
