Ingredients

The Salad

Eggs (Free Range)

Cooked Beetroot, Sliced

Mixed Green Leaf Salad

Beans and Lentils of your choice

Sliced Tomato

Sliced Cucumber

Walnut Halves

To Flavor

Horseradish

EVOO

Lemon Juice

Fresh Dill

Salt

Directions

Choose your dressing ingredients and blend together

Boil the eggs to your desired hardness/softness

Place the green leaves, tomato and cucumber onto a plate

Mix the beans, lentils and beetroot together, then layer onto the salad

Shell and halve the eggs and place onto the plate

Sprinkle the walnuts on top

Drizzle your dressing over
